JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State through vide conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 87 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 04.01.2021. Vide order dated 01.12.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'R'), which reveals that the case is running for framing of charge.

Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
