The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by order dated 22.04.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 8783 of 2015 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining in jail custody for nine months. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 24.11.2014 i.e. for more than nine months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49103 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 957 of 2014.
