The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No.254 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Excise Act. Considering the nature of allegations made and that the alleged recovery was made from the gunny bag and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
