While the informant had gone to bank in order to withdraw Scholarship, it has been alleged that petitioner/ bank employee had misbehaved. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 29.09.2017. Accordingly, petitioner, Kanhaiya @ Kanhaiya Kumar Chaudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Darbhanga in connection with A.P.M. P. S. Case No.108 of 2017.
