Deceased was taken away by Jwala Mishra, Sudhir Mahto and Rohit Mahto at about 09:30 PM on 10.09.2014 and was murdered near the house of petitioner. Immediately Investigating Officer had gone and during course of inspection pool of blood was found inside the house of the petitioner. Taking into account the materials, prayer for bail of petitioner's father, namely, Sudhir Mahto was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No.4212 of 2015 dated 23.03.2015. The case of the petitioner stood on similar footing. Prayer for bail is rejected.
