It is up to the petitioner now to vacate the Housing Board Flat since he was occupying the same as an employee not any other allotment or settlement.

No sooner the petitioner hands over the vacant possession to the authorities of the Housing Board, the left over claim under the head of post retirement dues etc. specially earned leave would be settled within a period of eight weeks thereof.
