The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mairawa P.S. Case No. 142 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant being a failure candidate having not been appointed on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43689 of 2014 (2) dt.27-03-2015 2/2 the post of Dakpal has instituted the present case making false and frivolous allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the dispute in question is already pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) at Patna bearing Case No. 505 of 2012 and in the said case petitioner has already appeared and has been contesting the same.
Considering the aforesaid submissions and the nature of dispute, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Mairwa .P.S. Case No. 142 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
