The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohiuddinnagar P.S. Case No. 215 of 2021 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and she is handicapped. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the present case relates to Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67649 of 2021(2) dt.20-12-2021 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Mohiuddinnagar P.S. Case No. 215 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
