The petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2017 in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 144 of 2017 registered for the offence registered under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been named only on the basis of suspicion and there is no specific allegation against this petitioner. Admittedly, there is no eye witness in the case and the petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-
