This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 12.09.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.38309 of 2017 in connection with Akabarpur P.S.Case No.113 of 2017 registered under Sections 304 and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The grounds for cancellation of bail is that Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 after release on anticipatory bail by the impugned order are giving threatening to withdraw the case and for that the petitioner has also filed a complaint case no.1147 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65413 of 2019(4) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 2017 before the learned CJM, Nawada against them. There is general and omnibus allegation against them as well as the matter is still pending for enquiry.

Heard learned APP.

Considering the discussion as made above, there is no genuine ground for cancellation of bail to the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3.

In view of the above discussions, this application is dismissed.
