JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have given Fersa blow on the head of the informant but injury report of the informant reveals that he did not sustain any sharp cutting injury rather injury said to be caused by hard and blunt substance was found on his scalp and moreover, the aforesaid injury was found simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Gopalganj in connection with
