Informant along with father while was travelling on a motorcycle, were intercepted by two motorcycle borne criminals, who snatched away cash as well as motorcycle. It has further been disclosed that the miscreants have concealed their face. On the basis thereof, first information report was registered against unknown. The date of occurrence happens to be of 20.11.2013. On 11.10.2014, the I.O. had identified three witnesses recorded under Paras-64, 65 and 66, who stated that at the time of occurrence, Brajesh Yadav was uttering Murad, Sheru be quick and that happens to be totally inconsistent with the version of the informant.

Though, petitioner has go criminal antecedent, but in

Murad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Korha P.
