2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 360 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code and also under Section 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the victim girl appeared before the police and stated that she loves the petitioner and went to Surat with the petitioner where she solemnized her marriage with the petitioner and now she is residing in her matrimonial house. In her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. she has

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J., VI, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 360 of 2023 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
