Again after recess when the case is called out no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the State is present. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 365, 366(A) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that her minor daughter was kidnapped by Rahul Kumar, Babita Devi and the present petitioner who is father of Rahul Kumar for the purposes of marriage. Materials have been brought before the court to the effect that this victim claims herself to be a major lady, entered into the marriage with her own volition.
