2. The petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2015 in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 148 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 364, 120(B), 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. He is not named in the F.I.R. but he has been arrested on mere suspicion as apart from the confession extracted from him, there is no material to connect him with the offence in question. It is further submitted that co-accused Varun Kumar and Khushbu Devi, both F.I.R.-named accused, have been granted bail in B.P. Nos. 987 of 2015 and 806 of 2015.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, let the abovenamed petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 148 of 2015.
