The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sheohar P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant received a call on his mobile from mobile no. 7562081156 and extortion of Rs.5,00,000/- was demanded from Liberation Tiger Organization. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. One Amit Kumar @ Happy Singh was arrested and from his possession the mobile containing aforesaid SIM was recovered. The SIM was issued in the name of Urmila Devi. It is submitted that Amit Kumar simply disclosed in his confession that the petitioner is his accomplice but it has nowhere come that the petitioner demanded any extortion from the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned I/c Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 181/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi U T
