JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, confessional statement of husband of the deceased was recorded and the husband of the deceased disclosed that he had hired the petitioner for killing his wife through co-accused Ramanand Ram and after that co-accused Ramanand Ram also confessed the aforesaid fact. Admittedly, co-accused Ramanand Ram has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33270 of 2015 (3) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No. 126 of 2014.
