ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2017 in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.383 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law and the husband of the deceased lady is already in custody.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
