The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Yadopur (Jadopur) P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025 instituted for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115, 118(1), 109, 352, 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

As per accusation against the petitioner, due to land dispute, he forcibly entered the informant's house along with other co-accused and inflicted an farsa blow on the informant's head with intent to kill, causing bleeding injury. 4.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17-03-2025. Petitioner bears no criminal antecedent, as per disclosure made in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58689 of 2025(2) dt.01-09-2025 2/2 paragraph No. 3 of the bail application.

It has been further submitted by the petitioner's counsel that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between the parties, which is evident from perusal of the FIR itself. It is pertinently submitted that there is delay of three days in lodging the FIR. As per impugned order, injury of injured attributed to the petitioner is found to be on the vital part. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. 6.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 7.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody of the petitioner, nature of accusation and charge sheet being submitted, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Yadopur (Jadopur) P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025.
