ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 01-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Respondents and learned counsel for A.G. From paragraph no. 1, it transpires that the present writ application has been filed directing the respondents for payments of retiral dues, pension and arrears of Salary, during the period of termination i.e. six months, with interest to petitioner. Counter affidavit has been filed by the State. It has been stated that cognizance of the petitioner with regard to payment of G.P.F. amount has been made. Counsel submits that the salary for 6 months has also been paid.
Patna High Court CWJC No.19658 of 2021(4) dt.01-02-2023 2/2 In this view of the matter, the grievances of the petitioner as prayed in the writ petition, has been settled. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there are still some dues of the petitioner, which have not been paid. In the light of the submissions made above, let this petition is hereby disposed off, directing to the petitioner that petitioner shall verify about the different heads in which payments have not been made and liberty is hereby granted that fresh representation may be filed by the petitioner before respondent no. 5 in this regard, who shall pass a reasoned order within 6 weeks from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
