2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(a) For issuance of direction to restrain the respondents from dispossessing the petitioners from the land bearing Thana No- 438, Khata No- 383, Survey Plot No1727, area 3 Acre 15 Dhur situated at Mauza Pidari, under Circle and BlockGarkha, Distt- Saran over which the temple

Patna High Court CWJC No.13565 of 2025(2) dt.25-08-2025 2/3 is standing since 1936, which has been constructed in the life time of the the Zamindar of the said land and now after 90 years of construction the respondents are forcibly dispossessing and constructing Panchayat Raj Bhawan over the land of the temple.

(b) Further prays for restraining the respondents from making any kind of construction over the aforesaid land without acquiring the same as the Respondents have decided to construct Panchayat Bhawan of Gram Panchayt Raj Bhawan.

(c) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioners are found entitled to.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he preferred representation earlier, he intends to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Saran at Chhapra (respondent no. 3) within four weeks.

4. Mr. Vivek Prasad, learned GP-7 submits that the representation along with the documents is/are filed, it will be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. Considering the limited submission of the petitioners, this Court allows them to file a fresh representation before the Collector, Saran at Chhapra who shall be taking a

Patna High Court CWJC No.13565 of 2025(2) dt.25-08-2025 3/3 decision after hearing all the relevant parties and issuing notice to them by 31st March, 2026.

6. The writ petition is disposed of.
