The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to correct the discrepancy in basic
Patna High Court CWJC No.17413 of 2019(3) dt.15-06-2020 2/2 fixation of pension of the petitioner who has retired on 31.01.1991.
The learned counsel for the respondents have submitted that the matter basically pertains to grant of additional pension after completing the age of 80 years which has already been paid on 01.04.2017, hence at the moment no further outstanding amount remains to be paid. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of the subsisting grievances of the petitioner.
Permission so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
