1. Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 06.07.2024, issued by the Circle Officer, Shivajinagar, District-Samastipur, in connection with Encroachment Case No.3 of 2024-25, however, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent-State, by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case that the encroachment in question has already stood removed.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12974 of 2024(4) dt.24-10-2024 2/2 law, for redressal of his subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
