The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sirdala (Meskaur) P.S. Case No.246 of 2019 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the deceased, the daughter

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52010 of 2019(2) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 of the informant, by her husband and other in-laws for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand by pressing her neck. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is brother-in-law, petitioner nos.2, 4 and 6 are married Nanads and the petitioner no.3, 5 and 7 are Nandosis of the deceased and they have no concern with the family affairs of the husband of the deceased but with an ulterior motive, they have also been implicated in this case. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Sirdala (Meskaur) P.S. Case No.246 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
