2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation in the first information report is that a dispute had taken place between the informant and the petitioner on account of sewage water flowing in the informant's land and as many as 18 persons are said to have come variously armed and eight persons assaulted and hurled abuses. There is specific allegation on co-accused, Jairam Manjhi of having assaulted the brother of the informant by means of sword due to which he sustained injury.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that it would be evident from the first information report that there

No.55028 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner along with 17 accused persons and specific allegation is upon coaccused, Jairam Manjhi of assaulting the brother of the informant but the injury sustained by him is simple in nature.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that petitioner is a lady and there is general and omnibus allegation against her, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. of 72 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C/Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
