JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court, taking note of his criminal antecedent but petitioner is in jail custody since 20-01-2015 in a case registered under Arms Act on the grounds that one loaded country-made Katta was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner has sufficiently been punished by remaining in jail custody for more than ten months.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
