Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to have given fatal blow to the deceased, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sikty P.S. case no. 12/2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 131/2015 pending in the court of the Addl. Sessions Judge II, Araria stands rejected.
