The petitioner seeks bail in Bhabua P.S. Case No. 271 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from conscious physical possession of the petitioner rather he has been falsely implicated in the case showing recovery of arm and ammunition from his possession at the instance of his enemy. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabua) in connection with Bhabua P.S.
