The petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2014 in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 78/2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the prayer of bail of this petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33097 of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently thereto during the course of the trial none of the witnesses have taken the name of the petitioner and for that he has been in custody for sufficient time.

Considering the facts and circumstances and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, be enlarged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50106 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 P2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Nawada, District-Nawada in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 78/2013.
