JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pirbabore P.S. Case No. 445 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/ 26/35 of the Arms Act. The case of the prosecution in brief is that upon secret information the police is said to have conducted raid near the Mahendrughat and while the petitioner and others were trying to flee away, they were apprehended and as far as the petitioner is concerned, two cartridges were recovered from his pocket. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and from the C.C.T.V. footage of Poonam Electronic

It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.08.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Pibahore P.S.
