This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Aurai P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014, disclosing offence under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submission that other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by an orders dated 26.04.2018 and 09.08.2018 passed respectively in Cr. Misc. Nos. 22118 of 2018 and 46025 of 2018, this application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73239 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-cum-Sub-Judge, 14th Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present herself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on her part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, her bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
