Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 53 of 2015 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 341, 504, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

He further submits that similarly circumstanced coaccused have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 58084 of 2018 vide order dated 8.10.2018. He further submits that police after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68433 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 investigation has submitted final form in favour of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 53 of 2015 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
