2. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities, particularly, respondent no.7 to issue "No Objection Certificate" in his favour.

3. Various submissions have been made, including the submissions with regard to the mala fide on the part of respondent no.7.

4. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.7 with a categorical averments that the deponent has already issued "No Dues Certificate" and sent it to the Treasury Officer, Sitamarhi vide letter no. 4959 dated 24.12.2024.

5. Considering the averments made in the counter affidavit, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Treasury Officer, Sitamarhi to ensure payment of all the admissible sanctioned benefits, if the same has not been done.

6. Needless to observe that in case any of the admissible retiral benefits and other dues have not been paid to the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to approach before the competent authority.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
