The allegation under SC & ST Act seems to be more ornamental. However, taking into consideration, the compromise, which has been entered between the parties, the authenticity of which will be verified by the court below, let the petitioner surrender and pray for regular, which will be considered on its own merit without any prejudice of rejection of the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners.
