2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 307, 354(B) (C)(D), 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 12.05.2023 at 7:00 PM, this petitioner, in drunken state, came to the house of informant and tried to commit rape upon her, however; on alarm being raised by her, she could save herself. It is further alleged that when she was returning from the house of Sarpanch, on way, she was abused by this petitioner and assaulted with lathi due to which, she sustained injury in her shoulder.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to family feud, quarrel took place between the parties. Taking advantage of this situation, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Petitioner is none else but own devar (brother-in-

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioner has caused grievous injury to the informant.
