Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The deceased boy was found missing on 13.03.2015 when he had gone to attend function at the house of the petitioner and subsequently, on 17.03.2015, his dead body was recovered from a field. Moreover, prior to institution of the present case, a Sanha was given by the informant regarding missing of her son but she did not raise finger against the petitioner. No doubt, there was previous dispute between the

No.30524 of 2015 (3) dt.29-10-2015 2/2 parties but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Samastipur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 452 of 2015 arising out of Patory P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015.
