Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411 IPC was added.

Though the FIR of the theft of truck is against unknown. The petitioner and co-accused was found in the said truck at the time of recovery.

Submission is that the petitioner has stated before the police that one Chandan Kumar had asked the petitioner to help in carrying on the truck. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59553 of 2017 (3) dt.11-01-2018 above named, on completion of six months of custody, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hajipur Sadar Police Station Case No.445 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
