2. The present petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:- (i) for a direction to quashed/set aside the N.O.C dated 13/07/2023 passed by Circle Officer, Manasi and Revenue Officer, Manasi for construction of Waste Processing unit on the private land of abovementioned petitioner.

(ii) for a direction to the respondents to stay the construction of the Waste Processing unit on the private land of the petitioner till the disposal

Patna High Court CWJC No.12355 of 2023(3) dt.01-04-2024 2/2 of the case or acquisition of the private land of the petitioner and payment of compensation as per the law.

(iii) for a direction to respondents to acquire the said land petitioner according to the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and pay adequate compensation to the petitioner.

3. There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner owns the land in question.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to produce all the documents before the concerned authority so that the appropriate decision can be taken in the matter.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
