The petitioner is languishing in custody since 03.06.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one loaded revolver was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the investigation has been concluded and the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition and similarly situated co-accused Saurabh Kumar has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54445 of 2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55015 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 Learned APP submits that the recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of recovery, investigation being concluded and the co-accused has been granted bail, coupled with the statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 419 of 2019.
