This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant suspects that the in-laws of Poonam Devi burnt her to death as Poonam Devi was protesting illicit relation between the petitioner and father-in-law of the petitioner. Submission of the petitioner is that after death in order to put wrongful pressure, false case has been lodged. There is no eye witness to the occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid material as well as the fact that the petitioner, above named, is female, she in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 110 of 2015, G.R. No. 1088 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Rai, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
