JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-10-2017 By way present modification application, petitioner seeks modification in the order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45774 of 2017 vide which petitioner was granted the privilege of regular bail.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to fault on the part of learned counsel for the petitioner as the name of father of the petitioner has inadvertently been mentioned in the bail petition and the same has been recorded in the cause title of the order dated 19.09.2017, as it should have been Vinay Kumar, whereas it has come in the order dated 19.09.2017 as Dinesh Singh, and prayed that the order dated 19.09.2017, be modified to this extent.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48820 of 2017 (2) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 petitioner, order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45774 of 2017, is modified to the extent that name of father of petitioner be read as Vinay Kumar in place of Dinesh Singh. Accordingly, this modification application is allowed.
