Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 28.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33587 of 2019. Vide order dated 07.12.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which discloses all the chargesheeted witnesses including official witnesses have been examined except on Lal Chand Ram and the case is running for prosecution evidence. Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of six months.
