The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darihat P.S. Case no. 42 of 2017 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of Arms. Act. On the tip off about arrival of the petitioner in the marriage at the house of Nirmal Singh, the police raided the house of Nirmal Singh and apprehended the petitioner along with regular rifle and a live cartridge.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid rifle is a regular one and its licence is standing in the name of Nirmal Singh and the said Nirmal Singh had handed the said rifle to the petitioner to hold it for the time being.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, District-Rohtas in connection with Darihat P.S. Case no. 42 of 2017.
