The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 92 of 2022 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that the informant has compromised the case only because he later on, realized that his son died due to accidental injury and only at the instigation of local people, he has named the petitioner accused in the instant case, as is evident from Annexure-4 to the bail application.
