The petitioner is accused in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 213 of 2013 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from F.I.R. that his name has been disclosed by coaccused, Md. Jahagir Alam and Md. Sfdar, who are said to be apprehended by the villagers at the spot. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.06.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51047 of 2015 (3) dt.05-02-2016 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Katihar, in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 213 of 2013. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
