Taking into consideration that petitioner and one co-accused are said to have crushed the skull of the deceased by stone, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 244 of 2014 arising out of Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2014 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Bhojpur at Ara stands rejected.
