The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 277 of 2017, a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Three un-known persons allegedly snatched the belongings of the informant and subsequently informant verified that the petitioner and others were involved. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case diary would reveal that there is no witness to have stated before the police that the petitioner was identified as one of the perpetrator of the crime. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.58477 of 2017 (3) dt.08-01-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Nokha Police Station Case No. 277 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
