Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated dated 27.1.2021.

Trial court's report dated 25.3.2022 reveals that the case record is running for production of accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 9.8.2020 and there is no progress in the trial. Till date, only cognizance of the offence was taken and the case is running for appearance of accused persons. Considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
