The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.454/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 427 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly some Mohalla anti-social boys after stopping the informant injured him with butt of pistol and further damaged the vehicle Wagon R bearing registration no.BR01CW-2969 and snatched golden chain, golden ring and cash of Rs.30,000/-. They also caused threat to kill him if the police will be informed. The informant identified the petitioners out of them and claimed to identify the rest after seeing.

No.60531 of 2017 (3) dt.30-01-2018 2/2 occurrence had taken place, as a matter of fact while construction of road was going on, some dispute arose by informant and the same was objected by the petitioners, in which, hot exchange of words took place, resulting into institution of the present case. F.I.R has been lodged after delay without any explanation, all the Sections are bailable, except Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, which is ornamental in nature and not specific against the petitioners.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of pre-arrest bail. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, considering the allegation of snatching is not specific against the petitioners, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Patna City, Patna, in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.454/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) Amit/- U T
