JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case no. 285 of 2016, registered under Sections 468, 469, 406, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioners in the mediation of Abhay Kumar Singh entered into an agreement with the complainant/ informant Shayam Prakash Singh. Accordingly, petitioner Sita Ram Sharma got Rs. 4,00,000/- through the account of petitioner Sunil Kumar Sharma to the saving account of complainant and an agreement of sale was also executed, but the petitioner started avoiding to execute sale deed.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that parties have settled their dispute out of the Court. The petitioners have got no

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM 1st, Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 285 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
